Repossession Process

  1. Call your Lender / Bank

  2. Set up an appointment to redeem your personal property / vehicle-Via the website

  3. No Same Day appointments are given unless there is a cancelation and opening

  4. Documentation will be required to be filled out at time of appointment

  5. Only the Individual who’s name the Loan is in can redeem the Personal Property and/or Vehicle

  6. Appointments are 30min long. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled.

  7. If you are late, no show, or have to reschedule less than 24hrs in advance you will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.

  8. We will NOT tolerate abusive language or behavior. We reserve the right to stop and reschedule appointments if you cannot conduct yourself appropriately.

  9. Parking is limited. Park in between the Half WHITE and Chain link fence.

  10. If you are redeeming your vehicle, MAKE SURE to check with us and see if your license plates have been held or if they have been turned into the DMV per NY state law. If the plates have already been turned into the DMV, you will have to go to the DMV to get new license plates. New York state requires us to surrender all plates unless notice of Hold is received within 48hrs of Repossession.

It is Illegal to pose as someone else or to call on their behalf using their name.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is verbally threatening, violent or unable to follow business policy and procedure.

We are available Monday through Thursday, 10am to 2pm ONLY for Appointments. First come First Serve.

You must BRING YOUR ID and the keys to the vehicle to your appointment.
