1. Call your Lender / Bank

2. Set up an appointment to redeem your personal property / vehicle

3. No Same Day appointments are given unless there is a cancelation and opening

4. Documentation will be required to be filled out at time of appointment

5. Only the Individual who’s name the Loan is in can redeem the Personal Property and/or Vehicle

6. If you are redeeming your vehicle MAKE SURE that your plates have been held or go to the DMV to get new license plates. New York state requires us to surrender all plates unless notice of Hold is received within 48hrs of Repossession.
